I think the ghoul just needs a hot box fix

He's OP in sense of his box being a little to large to easily counter it or just overall counter it since basically if a tiny bit of your hit box is shown then boom your screwed so overall it could be Singularity rules where you need X amount of a survivor to be shown to do the attack itself plus removing the stale survivors get when he lands a leap attack.
