So im in a situation where my main playstation accaount got banned but I created a new one and I wanna knkw is there any chance I can get my thing on my New accaount or at least the purched dlc's?

  There is no way to recover anything from a banned account, it's permanently banned meaning it cannot be accessed and all content is lost.
