Need help, currently literally trapped in a match...
I'm stuck in a match as survivor with two hackers, the killer is houndmaster, the two people currently hacking is a bill and a jake, I'm a steve.

you should make a clip of them cheating, then leave the match, report them in-game and then create an additional player report ticket for BHVR support (link below). You don’t need their gamer tag (even though it is asked in the form) but you need your player id (found in in-game settings). Upload your clip on youtube as unlisted video or somewhere else and attach the link in the description.

Good luck with the ticket. It usually takes longer for you to file a report than it takes for the cheaters to get a new account.

I had loaded into a dbd discord group match in the dbd server, i didnt know the person in the group was a hacker and he trapped everyone in the lobby. i wouldn't get banned for something I didn't know/do would I?

It's a completely manual process, bans are usually issued justifiably.
However, there have also been unjustified bans in the past (e.g., cheaters using known Twitch IDs).
In most cases this does not happen but I cannot give a complete all-clear here either.Overall, this cheatert/hacker issue is handled rather unprofessionally in this game.

Months ago, I faced a cheating Nurse that flied us out of the map then she was taking us hostage permanently where she stopped the end game timer unless we DC. I reported the cheater but it took them at least a month to solve the issue so I gave up reporting them.

Yes, it's frustrating, I know.
I was used to always reporting cheaters with video evidence and tickets. In my last three years, I've collected 20+ of these videos.
I've given up on that now, too. I don't have the time anymore to regularly open a ticket and potentially ban the cheater, which usually takes 15 minutes or more.
It's their problem, and they should address the issue if it's worth it to them.
Until this is resolved comprehensively and competently, I won't spend any more money on the game.

the thing is he named himself after a ttv in the dbd server, and that ttv just now got banned…wrongfully.
