How do you get rid of the red exclamation under Store?
I have cleared every section and don't see anymore but on the Main Menu, it still shows the red icon for Store. What am I missing? lol

They should add a tab to the store called "Unviewed" which shows all pieces that have the red exclamation mark. It would make them easier to find.

It's a bit annoying, but quite a few characters have single pieces like masks and shirts that you need to go through as well.

Pretty sure sometimes there are unreleased cosmetics that cause this and you cant get rid of it then.
Or its actually some single piece (weapon or surv head) that doesnt Show the exclamation mark on the character select view, which is beyond annoying (and probably a bug)

That is a great idea or even a "clear all" option too.
I will check every single section later because I would like it to clear so when new stuff pops up, I can view it.

They should totally add a "mark all as viewed" button. That would solve a lot of problems for people with "red exclamation mark OCD" - I am one of them.

Most likely its new out fits you have not reviewed and clicked on, I dislike it myself too but yeah gotta make sure you click it for it to go, but sometimes it feels like it glitches and stays even though you make sure you did.

It's very annoying but here's how you can "fix" it:
Go into the survivor/killer selection screen and cycle through your characters. The ones that show a red exclamation mark on the store icon are the ones which you need to view in the store. Do not just view the full outfits section but also check all individual piece sections. You can do this while you sit in queue and wait for a game.

Sadly, this is not a sure fire solution. I've gone through every killer, every survivor (yes, I own them all) and hunted through all outfits, heads, torsos, legs, weapons, etc. looking for the errant "new" item. Verified I've got no more left.
Yet that obnoxious red exclamation point persists on the front page. At this point, I'm pretty sure this is bugged.

This time I got rid of it After they released the most recent cosmetics (techwear collection) so I guess at least for me it was because of unreleased Items it wasnt possible to get rid of it before

I'd be shocked if this kind of dark pattern isn't illegal somewhere.
The best way to fix this bug is probably to have someone get their local DA's office to give BHVR's legal team a friendly call about non-compliance with consumer laws around deceptive practices.
I've found posts on this forum dating back to 2022, and on other websites dating back even further, so at this point BHVR has to be letting this happen intentionally.

I have the habit of always making sure to get rid of those kind of things because they're a thorn in my eye, but regarding the store.. I trained to ignore it, otherwise I'd spend like an hour in the store just clicking on things randomly.
