Killer abandon option upon EGC

Tired of waiting for toxic survivors to either be shooed out or wait out the entire timer? Just give killers the option to concede once the EGC has started. Without NOED there are a great number of killers who cannot get a kill once the door is open and survivors have x amount of distance. Why do I either have to be tbagged or delayed both of which are BM when the game is clearly over and there is nothing left the killer can do? The abandon feature for killer should activate once EGC has started.
