I've created a perk idea which is called "peak performance"
peak performance is activated only when you are uninjured.
while peak performance is activated, Dropping a pallet to stun the killer will additionally stun them for an extra 0.6/1.0/1.4 seconds.
peak performance goes on cooldown for 40/35/30 seconds after successfully stunning the killer while uninjured.
is this perk good, fair or bad?

I see what you're doing there, following on from Finesse.
However, 2 things:
Pallet stuns are significantly more sparse and more impactful than fast vaults, so it should probably have a longer cooldown, otherwise it hardly seems worth having any cooldown at all.
Secondly, this could synergise very well with Finesse, which then poses the question of whether this would be too strong of a combo. In a way, these are kinda circumventing the precedent set by exhaustion perks, and provide a decent chase power without the limitation of exhaustion. Does the limitation of being healthy make up for this? Or could this lead to unreasonably long chases where the killer cant even hit you once?

Yes Maybe longer cooldown. however, causing exhaustion from this perk could be fair and sometimes boring but if the killer could not hit you once, then yes it should inflict exhaustion but between 10 to 20 seconds.

surprised a perk like this already isnt in the game yet since its such a simple concept
im thinking though itd be cool if it worked similar to cut loose but for pallet stunning, every consecutive time you stun the killer in a single chase increases the stun duration by a certain amount0 -
It could be a pretty nice perk.
