Just as using the syringe consumes the med-kit, so should using BNP consume the toolbox. The fact that you can shave off time off a gen and STILL have charges left in the toolbox to speed up gen speed temporarily creates an unfair imbalance.

At the very least using BNP should consume all toolbox charges and this way people get to keep their toolbox if they escape the trial.

    This is really a question about consistency, I have no knowledge of the balance in question here.
