Skull Merchant rework idea

I think skull merchant 3.0 rework is rly stupid thing, expecilly when this version can be saved and its not even hard to do it

[ General buffs for skull merchant]

Rotating speed of scouting drones 110°

Hinder 12% for 3 sec

Cooldown is now 5 sec insted of 10 sec

Terror radius fades out in 2,5 sec rather then 5,5 sec

Removing fast valute imunity

Removing cooldown on sound when someone gets scaned

| Placing drone on loop, this issue comes from two reason , when skull merchant had stelth drones it was rly frustrating not being able to see scan lines and having to loop merchant aswell ,and second one survs not liking having to crouch evry sec |

{Drones start in scouting mode they spin for 1,5 sec then they hover in air for 10 sec (in hover state skull merchant cant recall a drone ,she can rotate it but cant recall it ) after 5 sec of drone hovering it will give sound indicator for evry surv that is 8m away from drone that drone will become active in 5 sec,after 10 sec of hovering drone will come down and become active drone in stelth mode}

I think this will remove frustrating parts the best way but still being able to laser tag

{ Skull Merchant has ability to switch between two type of drones trap droneS and chase dronE ,skull merchant can choose to have either 6 trap drones or 5 trap drones and one chase drones , there can be only one chase drone on map ; chase drones will have diffrent design ( put bow tie on one for all i care) these drones can not applay lock on stacks they there to applay hinder and haste after placing a chase drone u cant recall it for another 7 sec ,this drone rotating speed is 100° }

Some changes and buffs and reworking how somehingt works:

• if skull merchant rotates drone and doesnt scan anyone her rotatating cd is incresssed for 2 sec

• if skull merchant rotates/deploys drone and she scans surv with in 5 sec she gains 3% haste for 4 sec

•if skull merchant scans surv that is hindred by her drone she gains 4% haste ( this means u have to rotate drone when u hinder surv to give urself haste cuz by the time drone rotates it wont be enough to scan hindred surv cuz hinder is only 3 sec long meaning forgeting drone wont give u haste at all)

This also means that if u rotate drone and it scans hindred surv with claw trap u will get 7% haste

• skull merchants disarmed drone stay like that for 30 sec

• Skull Merchants disarmed drone will playbeeping sound for survs near by that will tell them that drone will become active stelth mode again in 5 sec

• skull merchant has ability to put any drone in stelth mode from distance puts ur power on cooldown ( doesnt effect chase drones)

• The RING on stelth drones is removed

Add on pass is needed mostly with skill check add ons, aura reaveling add ons and prototype rotor VTP cuz they are base kit now
