I want a refund on Kaneki. He's not the killer I bought anymore
In the span of a month Kaneki has gotten nerfed twice, with the latest nerf gutting him by forcing his killer power to recharge if you break a pallet, something no other killer (especially Blight) has to do. What's the point of even playing him now?! Just play Blight instead, just like before. Blight is 5x more powerful than Kaneki, is an M1 killer that's twice as fast as other M1s with a power that has zero windup and can also down, that also gained way more distance than Kaneki's. But no Kaneki is the one who gets nerfed being forced to recharge his power, and Blight remains how he is where he can just smash a pallet then three seconds his power is ready and he downs the survivor.
So what's the point in even buying new killers anymore when they'll just get nerfed and Blight will remain how he is? Might as well just play nothing but Blight and not even bother buying future chapters. The least you could do is reimburse those who bought the Tokyo Ghoul chapter with cells to make up for all the sudden changes in such a short time, but we know you won't.

Things are going to change. That is the nature of a live service game. People who bought OG MoM because it was OP were sorely disappointed when it was changed to be a meme perk.
Kaneki, to my eyes, is still completely fine. Not S-tier, but certainly a solid A and undeniably better than most of the cast.
Really, this sounds like you have more of an issue with Blight (and Nurse) being so strong and remaining functionally unchanged. To that I say, fair enough, I've no idea why they haven't been touched.

I wouldn't be mad about the nerfs if it wasn't for the fact the newer dash killers keep getting targeted while Blight is left unchanged. It's not just Kaneki since Chucky went through similar nerfs as well. What's the point of even buying newer killers when they'll just get gutted after a month? Just play Blight at that point and just Blight. Blight doesn't need to recharge his killer power after breaking a pallet. Blight has safety and security since it's clear the developers and community have a strong bias for him so you have that guarantee he won't be nerfed. Blight is vastly stronger and will reliably get you 3-4ks almost every game and has no map dependency like most of the roster. Blight just does it all.

Blight (for some inexplicable reason) is BHVR's "favorite child". He had his overtuned add ons for 4 years until they finally decided to nerf them (twice and he still has some of the best add ons in the game) and the nerfs he gets, as you said, are always very tame.

Objection! Assuming facts not in evidence.
I think Sadako players have far more right to be POed considering they bought a character that played a certain way and BHVR just came in and completely reworked her into almost a completely different killer. I would say the same thing about Skull Merchant but she is not a liscensed character so you can buy her with iri shards.
Legally speaking, this is BhVRs game and they can make any change they want anytime they want so long as they follow the constraints exerted by existing law. If we are going to talk about the morals and ethics of it though, I think BhVR needs to respect the time people invest into learning to play a character and the money they spent on them but only to a point. If a killer just cant really function in the current game i think its right to change them. If a killer is just problematic and cant be solved by numbers changes and it is just the mechanics of their power then i think its fine to change them, but again I think there should be an attempt to preserve the things people liked about the killer to begin with.0 -
Chucky was absolutely overtuned as well, though I do not think the last Scamper nerfs were needed.
Kaneki and Blight should have the Dash pallet break cooldown. I don't think anyone else needs it.
I guess they could give it to Nurse, but she ignores pallet so not really worth it imo

Im not exactly sure where but im pretty sure somewhere it does state that what you buy can be changed or altered by bhvr and whatnot, so

Live Service games are always subject to change, you agreed to the possibility of kaneki being changed in any way when you agreed to the ToS

Behaviour releases a competent killer, and then nerfs them into the ground a month later.
Good Guy, Skull Merchant, Onryō, Xenomorph…. All sold on power only to be taken away after the money slows down.
It's a scam, really. Maybe the FTC needs to get their eyes on this #########.
