Dead Hard Not working sometimes (after update)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Dead Hard is apparently not working against some killers after this last update.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Just activate DH and do it milimetricaly. Watching video, it seems endurance activate with delay (against Traper), and was perfectly activated against Xenobite.

Dead hard is working perfectly fine. Endurance from any source will not protect you while you are in Deep Wounds, therefore you went down even with DH.
