Singularity Large Biopod Placing Delay

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When playing as the Singularity, where previously placing a biopod would be instant, instead there is a delay to when the pod actually attaches making him feel awful.
PLATFORM: Epic
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Load into a match as the Singularity, place a biopod in a valid location on any map/realm. This occurs almost every time you try to place a pod.
