Rift pass quests

In the rift pass completion quest where it states complete 12 then 24 etc. if week 1 has 5 quests shouldn't the number of complete be 5/12 is this a glitch or is everyone's stating this and i've missed it some where stating that it only gives us 4 every time

    Possibly missed the 1 survivor only quest on the first set of 5 (from seeing you got the quest below on killer)

    I have the same bug in the 2v8 event. I have completed all 4 weekly, but progress says 0/4
