2v8 or 2v6 mode that they could directly steal from the game they helped make in the first place. But maybe it'll come with dedicated servers.

Yea, or for example a ranked 5v5 mode where complete teams (4 Survivors and 1 Killer) simulatenously play against each other.

Oh my God dude. I can see why you want to leave: you are stubborn. You are disregarding what people are telling you is a fact and only bringing up your hours as an argument that you are right.
The killer's weapon hitbox is not the only thing to come into play. When the killer swings their weapon, they adopt a cone hitbox to represent the swing of the weapon. For the 4th and finale time: Killers DO NOT have aim assist. If they did, joking would not be possible, yet here we are.

The other way around; I think you need ranked to be able to balance the game.
As long as 200 hours scrubs face 2'000 hours veterans, you'll never have truly balanced matches. You won't be able to tell if the stomp happened because of skill differences or because of actual unbalances in the game.
Another reason for ranked is: To find proper balance you need both sides to try to win. If one side plays for fun, they will naturally lose which makes it look as if the other side was too strong. You need ranked to get matches of people with equal skill that both want to win.
IMO most important thing:
A proper matchmaking and ranking system that puts people of the same experience and skill together. When you have balanced matches regarding skill, you can start to balance the game.

The devs here can't even fix a loading screen, their Q&A is made of non-gamers. Give up trying to make this game competitive, it's not going to happen.

Team A has 1 killer and 4 survs. Team B has 1 killer and 4 survs. Team A killer vs Team B survs while Team A survs vs Team B killer. That would indeed be interesting.

I agree with your points especially with the hitbox and aim assist. Sometimes when survivors try to 360 me and and I obviously wiff and I still end up hitting them when they're not in my POV anymore
