    I'm not sure what you mean but if you finished all of part 1 quests you need to wait for part 2 to start then part 3 to get the complete 8 2v8 quests and complete 12 2v8. If you look on the quest page it will tell you how long it will be for part 2 to unlock and same with part 3.
