Since it says 2019 in the name i think you could get into trouble like acc ban or smth i am kind of scared i saw someone use it and got really nice cosmetics.

So in general offical codes that are old are simply expired, if it's a code you got from shady people or cheat-programs and it actually works you shouldn't use it except you hate your account.

Not sure why 2019 is in the code, but through Google searching this seems to be a DBD Collab with Japanese streamers, Blood Party Friday.
The code seemed to go out to their members back in April and was released to everyone else this week.

Any DBD related codes are not bannable. These are codes that the devs create, even if it’s an old code & still active, I’m confused on why you would think you could get banned using them?

A couple of years ago a bunch of codes got leaked in a discord server. I remember people redeeming them and announcing they were getting skins and even auric cells packs. Don't know what happened to them.

Oh I never heard of that. I don’t think anyone would get banned because of codes that are still active though. Devs can certainly turn them off whenever. This specific code states on the twitter page that it’ll be available to everyone in May. I would say though, if any codes give you auric cells, def put a ticket in, cause clearly something is wrong.
