Wesker stuck on grab- 2v8

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Wesker and a survivor will be stuck together in the pickup state (unhooked but in Wesker's carry) until they disconnect. If this persists until the end of the endgame collapse, the survivor will not be killed in the collapse and the game will continue (unknown how long, this was when I disconnected). Additionally, upon my disconnection the bot was also unable to kill the survivor, and the other killer in the game (a friend) was stuck unable to do anything.
PLATFORM: PC-Windows Version
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Grab a survivor as Wesker, putting them into the downed state. Unsure as to why this doesn't occur every time
