STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Frenzy slash a survivor, have another survivor hide in a locker and see how the killer instinct icon disappears although the heartbeat sound keeps playin

    I can confirm this as well. I have the same issue with Onryo. If a survivor is hiding in a locker when they get their 7th stack of condemn, you can hear the heartbeat and even tell what direction it is, kind of, but you don't actually see the bloody web indicator.

    Have a log file for you as well. However, a lot of games on this, and only did 2 killer games, near the end.
