they didn’t specify in the dev update wether these perks are simple number changes or reworks.
Can anybody confirm are these changes number increases or big changes to the perks

We don't know what type of buff these perks will get. However, the developers mentioned the perks will get "smaller buffs", which means we can assume number tweaks and not any bigger reworks. Personally, many of these bad perks just need a number Tweak tobe more useable and not a big rework like some other ones.

I also red this as number changes.
I think reworks would have been mentioned.
