A Way To Improve Freddy
So I have an idea that could balance Freddy, this may sound stupid, so don't judge me as this is my first discussion on this site.
So to balance him, I have come up with a new addon, I do not have a name or picture for it yet, but here is the description and such for it.
It is an ultra rare addon, that makes it where if survivors are put into the dream world, failed skill checks do not wake them up, which means the only way to wake up is people who are not in the dreamworld, now here is the downside, survivors no longer have a penalty for doing any action whilst in the dreamworld, but Freddy can still see them. If you like this idea, great, but if you feel as if Freddy can still be able to see them is op, then you can also make it to where Freddy can no longer see them, but all else still applies.
Please let me know if this is a good idea or not, I would love feedback, thanks!

You can't "balance" a killer on random add-ons

Or cancel prevent any action from being done during dream transition. Make his dream transition base lower but reduces some of the stronger block add ons by a little bit. give his dream state a fear meter. Any survivor within dream state build this fear meter based off length of time spent in the dream realm. Resulting in the expose status effect at max fear. Alongside this change by default Freddy will need to have survivors in sleep for a decent length of time before he regains the ability to see other survivor auras. Fear naturally decays outside of dream state the levels a survivor is in fear cannot drop below a tier with the exception of the exposed tier which will be consumed upon successfully striking that survivor reducing the survivor fear status by a single tier. alternatively instead of exposed have an ms penalty for max fear. Id like feedback on peoples preference of these two options.

Dream demon power should include sleep deprivation. This is something he actually uses in his movies to keep people in the dream world.
Haveing a culmative effect building up the difficulty of skill checks and the amount of time it takes to wake survivors.
Either by level or tokens the culmative effect should increase everytime a survivor is put into the dream state and slowing increase to next level the longer they remain in the dream state.
At the max level the survivor will no longer be able to leave the dream state and the entity will block the gate for a few seconds
What do you think people of the fog
