Twitch Drop didn't unlock

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Between May 27 and June 10 there is a new Twitch Drop campaign. Thus far, none of these drop campaigns have ever caused an issue for me, but today the first drop of the current campaign was not added to my account.

PLATFORM:

PC, Steam, Windows 11:

STEP BY STEP:

Watch for 1 hour to unlock the Smiling Clown badge and 200k Bloodpoints.

    Same issue here. Unlocked and claimed all Twitch Drops, yet none of them showed up on my account (neither the banner, charm, badge or the BP award).

    Same, Im on PS5 and after watching all 6h, thanks OTZ, and reddeming all drops on the Twitch page I went in-game and nothing popped. Not even unlinking and linking both my accounts again fixed the drops.

    Also haven't received any of my drops. I've earned and claimed 2/3 on Twitch but nothing is showing up in game, even after restarting.

    same on ps5. All connected links are correct and refreshed as well.

    Same here on my mobile app. I can't click on Claim now in my drops and it said I already claimed them also.

    Can also confirm, I claimed the Twitch drops and they didn't unlock on PS4. I even updated the link to my Twitch profile on my BHVR account to make sure it was fresh and working. Still, the claimed drops haven't unlocked.

    Same here! no twitch drops on me or my sister's account. twitch says we unlocked them but they arent showing up in our games yet. Unsure if I should fill out my own bug report so that they know to give one to me specifically, or if I just hope they fix it broad spectrum. All I know is their submit a report AI is worse than useless.

    Just adding myself to the list. I have never had any issues claiming drops before. PC/Steam

    I watched and claimed them yesterday, logged on today and nothing shows up. Tried refreshing my connected accounts and logging in and out several times and still nothing. Hopefully this is fixed soon and we do not have to jump though hoops to get it resolved. Fingers crossed!

    Same here on PS5. was waiting 24h and unlinked accounts and linked again nothing happend.

    Same issue. PS5. Have tried unlinking/relinking and nothing works. Twitch says I’ve claimed them all but nothing in my game.

    Unlocked all the drops by watching 6+ hours and nothing got redeemed. Re-Linking all accounts appropriately and restarting PC/game did not help neither. It acts like the drops just didn't get rewarded.

    Problem occurs on Steam/PC.

    Also having issues with the Twitch drops. PC/Steam player, watched the full six hours, claimed the drops on Twitch, verified and relinked my accounts (as it was unlinked for Reasons?) and nada.

    Hoping for a fix soon, I really want to rock that Maurice charm.

    Also having the same Issue. All drops have been claimed and accounts linked. None of the drops have shown up in game for me. I've never had an issue with drops not showing up before until this time.

    Playing on PC/Steam.

    I think this affects PS5 and Xbox users as well. I don't think anyone has been able to claim the Twitch drops. I know I haven't been able to. I claim them on the dead by daylight website and on Twitch but they don't show up in game.

    My Twitch Drops got rewarded now the issue seems to be fixed on Steam at least. I also got 2 million BP on top, which is very nice.

    Made an account just for this to report the same thing. I watched the full six hours over the course of the first day the campaign was active. The rewards are showing as claimed in my inventory, but nothing ever showed up in game.

    Same Issue.

    I watched 6 hours right after opening the Twitch drops campaign and clicked “Get” on all drops. At this point it's been over 48 hours and I've only gotten one drop out of 4, It's “Pin the tail”. And that's it.

    Yup, I got the badge and banner too today (Steam), though I didn't get 2 million BP 👀. Are you sure it was that much? Because part of the Tier 1 reward is 200k points, along with the banner.

    I didn't get to 6 hours watchtime yet, high time to do something about that :).

    I am 100% sure, because when I started my game to check if the Twitch Drops work now it was 2 million plus the 200k from the drops, so 2,2 million BP in total.

    I was near 0 BP beforehand as I am P100ing a character at the moment and spend them all.

    So I jumped from like 1,768 BP to 2,201,768 BP or something like that. So very very obvious.

    I am not aware that I earned them in any other way. But I also did not get any info as of why I have these BP now.

    June 2nd already and I still don't have the Drops. I watched enough to claim everything but it's not showing in my game. Xbox user btw.

    I wouldn't be too bothered if I don't get them at all, but still. I feel like should be able to.
