Make twitch shirts, twitch drops (Please Read Fully)
I want to start this off by saying I am not a content creator, nor do I care about gaining the shirts myself. However, this has been a topic of conversation for years now.
The easy solution is to make twitch shirts twitch drops, it makes sense seeing as that is the platform they represent. Having them tied to the creator program does not make sense for multiple reasons:
1. Based on your criteria, you do not even need to use Twitch to become apart of the creator program, but a reward for that milestone is shirts representing a streaming platform you are not even apart of.
2. People who will not get accepted to the program may already have twitch shirts, leading people to believe that they are apart of the content creator program and thus affiliated and a representative of BHVR and Dead by Daylight, when this is in fact not the case.
3. The shirts have previously been given out under different circumstances and so people have spent a lot of their streaming career with the hopes of one day acquiring them which is now, for a lot of people, an unobtainable goal. I feel like this sudden shift is a bit unfair considering previous criteria of them being gifted out by Devs or Fog Whisperers creating an expectation that even small streamers could obtain them
Just make twitch shirts accessible to everyone through twitch drops, create new shirts specifically for the content creator program, as these will start with the expectations you have laid out in your requirements and will better represent the content creator program as a whole, rather than just one platform. The new shirts will set a clear brand that people can then recognise that creator as a BHVR affiliate, not someone who got them gifted moons ago.
While I understand twitch shirts are just a small facet of what you offer in the program, and I do not think the requirements are outside of the industry standard, the handling of the twitch shirts from Gift to Successfully Well Known Creator is going to leave a sour taste in a lot of peoples mouths.

Most of the people who currently have them don't use them. Some even got them undeservedly by being Best Friends with Fog Whisperers. They are like some special thing to feel more exclusive to everyone else. Also people who currently have them keep them. I doubt most of them will care about not getting future shirts since there are less Original Survivors a year and they likely have a shirt for whom they are attached to. Twitch shirts are like the ones who put their platform in their username. Not much of a exclusive thing.
