SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Trying to equip a Rift Pass reward but it says it's still "locked" even though I am well pass that tier.

PLATFORM: XBOX

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I opened the Rift Pass and for all cosmetics I have unlocked it says "Owned" but for some reason Claudette's Natural Vibe shirt is not unlocked for me.

    This literally happened to me too but on PC (Epic Games) with the exact same reward, maybe is something wrong with it?

    Same here on Xbox X, Fengs head. Still shows locked even as I've progressed further and own her other cosmetics.
