SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: can’t collect rewards from rift

PLATFORM:ps5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I can't collect the rewards even though I have already reached the levels. The rewards from lvl 41 to 44.

    I have the same problem, but on pc and 80+ levels.

    Same issue on Xbox with Feng's head but have her other cosmetics.
