Different genders for certain killer skins
For exapmle:
Skull merchant could get an unrelated legendary male skin.
Do u think bhvr would do smt like this?
Bc i dont think bhvr did anything of sorts for killers yet.

Were-Elk skin for Huntress is a male legendary skin on huntress - it would be cool to see for others tho

Is it? Isnt she wearing a skirt of sorts?

I could see them doing that with licensed killers in theory, but the problem with it is making the power fit. Most powers are taylor made for that specific character and switching it would be just weird. Like I would love having Mr x in the game but you couldn't just put him as a skin for nemesis because the power wouldn't mesh. I feel like there's alot of problems with things like that.m

Yea u're right.
Making it for survivors are a lot easier than for killers.
Damn what a bummer.

Tho they could also make original skins.

Female elk in real life do not grow antlers; ergo the Were-Elk skin, which very much has antlers is (most likely) male.
AFAIK the only species of deer-adjacent that females grow antlers are reindeer.

of course for original killers they could. And they have released legendary skins for some. Just no gender switches.

They could make a cosmetic collection for "Gender Bender" series and just have a single cosmetic of each person as the oppositr gender lol as goofy as it is i think itd sell. Like a female trickster

I think it'd be neat, given the alternate realities thing they already have going on.
I also loved the idea of killers swapping roles with their survivor counterparts. What-If scenarios of say, David becoming something like Huntress and Huntress becoming a survivor skin over David. Imagine how they could twist Gabriel and Singularity that way too.1 -
the lore implied is that he killed huntress and that's why he's got her mask on his back. he's wearing a cultural tunic of some sort under what looks like to be a military jacket.

I just remembered that one reddit account that drew art for chapters where the killer and survivor were swapped. For example, Yun-Jin and Ji-Woon.

I'd pay good money for a male Spirit lol

I'm not super deep into the entity lore and all killers, I just loved his design, read his stuff, and to me it read as it was implied he killed huntress. Imo the material of the mask doesn't look different to me, it just looks lower quality and clean? I also don't see what he's wearing as a dress - it two different layers, the coat part has buttons and the red part doesn't come up onto his chest in a way that makes it a dress? To me it just comes across as the dev's not wanting to put pants on him and cover up the legs/hooves they designed. And like Superyoishiegg said, female Elk don't grow antlers - even if the Entity gets things wrong, it was the developers choice to make him look and sound predominantly male, and everyone I've come across in game refers to the were-elk as he/him.
Happy to be wrong about the lore stuff and I've definitely learnt something new from what you've said from it - but they did make the voice masculine and the appearance , so I think it does still count as a male legendary skin? Baba Yaga skin makes more sense though if Huntress isn't human, so that's sick.
EDIT: someone else just told me that the were-elk killed huntresses mother and the skin is a manifestation of her fear/nightmare of it or something?Post edited by ohylia on0
