some Rift Items aren't obtainable despite reaching that level

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Im currently at tier 83, but for some reason, almost all cosmetic pieces that i supposedly earned don't appear in the character inventory, such as the torso pieces for Orela, Fang, Adam, the full outfit for Haddie, and the leg piece for Orela since they're not obtained?

PLATFORM: PlayStation 5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I don't know if it has something to do with the error where you couldn't claim the Bloodpoints nor rift fragments yesterday (5/27/25), but i only noticed these today when i reached Lv 82
