Twitch drops not showing up in game

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: As shown in the pictures, i have claimed my drops on twitch, after completing the watch time, but they do not show up in game, ive never had issue with twitch drops before, this is the first time

    Same issue PC-Steam. I was only able to reedem BP and Badge.

    same issue on ps5, watched 6h, claimed drops, no rewards ingame

    Same here. I claimed all three and none have shown up in game yet.

    Same issue on PC. I have claimed all drops through Twitch, but received none of them in-game.

    same for me, was able to get badge and bp but no banner or charm (ps5)
