Explain match RIFT fragment progress.

Not XP, but the rift fragment given FOR playing a match.

On the old system it was possible to earn like 2 per match and thats when we needed 10 per level. So you could play like 5 matches and unlock a level.

THis new system appeared to give out a god AWFUL 5 per level when we now need 100. Thats 20 matches per level. It nearly might as well not be there.

Well yesterday I could swear I thougth I noticed the game giving me 15 per match instead. I noticed upon completing the 3 daily quests I was awarded 60 fragments instead of the 50 you should get including the match amount. Started playing attention and yes playing a single match seemed to give me 15 per game after that.

Today I get on and do the 3 dailies and am given 50 again. I dont get it.

    100xp equals to 1 rift fragments. You get about 500xp for a full match, so you get 5 fragments per match.

    Since double exp is on, you should earn about 1000xp per match, so 10 rift fragments. If you get less, you probably died/game ended so fast, do you didn't get the full amount.

    Though I do agree only getting 5 is not acceptable, because when you have no more challenges, your progressions slows a lot.

    Great, I had a feeling it was that. LOL! so you mean to tell me you're not even guaranteed the 5?

    I thought maybe that tiny patch changed it to 15 since 5 is so slow its meaningless. 15 would still be slower than before but a heck of a lot better than it is now.

    Currently I am suffering from a bug, where I don't get any game time fragments, due to having completed all Survivor quests and milestone quests, so I can't see if they're now giving more. But if you get more, it's most likely due to the double XP event impacting rift fragments gain.

    But yeah, you're not guaranteed 5 fragments. You get 500xp once you reach about 10 minutes into a match. If you die before that, then you get less.

    Im very curious how far in the rift that got you?

    See I hate this new system because I fear it requires more play DAYS when before it was about play TIME.

    Doing all survivor Quests, milestones and a few killer has gotten me to lvl 55. :)

    Have you done like zero killer ones? Or skipped many dailies? Thats odd.

    I have everything done expect the kills,hooks, and gen kicks. I am level 79

    I have not played much killer due to 2v8 queue times and how it affect normal queues too, so yeah mostly survivor with only the weekly killers quests completed and like 4 killer milestones
