SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When i try to add someone on steam, i can't see it directly in my friend list in game, so i can't join the player lobby. I've to wait like 5 minutes before the players shows up and can join him. Even when i try to join using directly steam, the games shows a window message : The invitation failed to accept.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1 - Add a steam player to your friends.
2 - After that, you can notice that he will not show up on your friend list in game so you can't join his lobby.

you can speed it up by signing out of steam friends then sign back in. Idk if this is a dbd or steam issue.
