Singularity Overclock mode with Brutal Strength and Bamboozle How does it work?

Hello,

i wanted to ask does Singularitys Overclock mode stack with Brutal Strength or Vault Speed increasing perks like Bamboozle?

If it does how does it work? Is it additive?

If so would that mean that Breaking a pallet takes base: 2.34 seconds, with brutal strength 1.87 sec, during overclock 0.585 sec and during overclock with brutal strength it takes: 0.117 sec? Or is it calculated diffrently?
