Chaos Shuffle Changes
I personally love chaos shuffle and the idea of having random perks, but it can get a little stale because you often get the same bad perks and have to deal with them, or just the idea of getting bad perks and having to play the entire game.
It would be really cool to see a version of chaos shuffle where each time a generator is completed, the perks change for both survivor and killer. This makes it so that each time a generator is completed and the perks change, you might actually have to change your playstyle for each new generator that has to be completed. From a survivor side, you could have randomized perks that favor generators and then it gets switched to chase/healing perks. From the killer side, gen regression can be changed to chase perks and so on.
I think this would really promote different gameplay utilization for both sides, as well actually make playstyles a bit more dependent on perks that change each time a generator is completed . Could you imagine being injured while in chase and last gen pops and the survivor gets the perk adrenaline? Or vice versa killer gets lucky and has no-ed when the last gen pops. It would truly be chaos shuffle at that point.

I would really find this interesting but I would imagine most would complain because they don't know most of the perks and to try to learn your build every time gen is done would be annoying to some. Still I am all for it I love randomness as I play random builds even when there is no Chaos Shuffle going.
You could make it so that it changes one perk only too or have it as another variation. Like you lose the first perk on the list for every gen and fourth slot becomes new random one.

It could also be really bad, imagine going to pop a gen and one gets completed and you lose pop or you have deliverance active, about to get hooked and a gen pops.
