Playstation Account Linking

Hi,

My sister and I just found out about DBD Cross Progression. When we went to link her PSN account to her newly made Behaviour account, my browser auto logged in my brother's PSN to my sister's, and when I unlinked it and tried to log in with hers, it gave me the annoying error that says "You can't link a different account." I then remembered that the same thing happened when I made my Behaviour account and the guy from support said it would take 60 days to fix it. This was all the way back in Dec 2023, and to be honest, I forgot all about it because of how frustrating it was. So I was like okay, it's been more than 60 days, let me at least link my PSN account to my Behaviour account. I made sure no PSN account was logged in, logged into my Behaviour account, and tried to link my PSN account, and it still gave me the same error when it has definitely been more than 60 days! WTFFFFFFF. This is beyond frustrating. Can they reset this on their end or fix it???? It is completely unacceptable that it is this busted. I just want my DBD cross progression. It shouldn't be this difficult or this frustrating.

I submitted requests to their support thing for both my sister's account and mine. Let's hope they can fix this.

    I’m currently dealing with the exact same issue.

    I contacted support and they responded and told me that they have removed my already linked wrong PSN account. I went ahead and made sure that I’m not logged into playstation network on my browser and I cleared BHVR’s cookies on my browser. Went to link my actual account and here I am with the exact same error. Have you found a fix to this or am I just doomed?
