Bot lobby
I just went up against my first full bot lobby and I was not impressed, it was literally the most boring match I have ever played in this game. You could tell from the start they where bots and could read them with ease. I would rather wait 10 minutes to get a real game than play this crap!
FYI, I checked after the game and they where all last online 6 months ago!!
I'm starting to hate this game!

Wait.. like you loaded into a regular match and all 4 survivors disconnected at the start? Or?? Like if the DC'd during loading I would assume the game wouldn't have even started.

DBD doesn't have bot lobbies. There are noobs, yes… but no actual AI integrated into games before the match starts.

You sure they might've not been in Offline Mode? Because some people will just prefer having Offline Mode on and will just forget to turn it back on.
Maybe you was against bad players?
