Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Map Rotation

So, I don't know if they've made any changes to map rotations recently but have they increased the odds to go to certain realms in the last few weeks?

I mainly only get maps like Nostromo Wreckage, Toba Landing, Badham Preschool 1(never 2-5), or any of the decimated emborgo maps, Pale Rose and lake mine. Is the game allergic to any other maps if they aren't an offering?

These are the only maps the games giving me the last few weeks.

Did they get rid of badham preschool 2-5? Sorry for the bombardment of odd questions.

Yeah there's only 1 Badham map now. Also, are you playing killer or survivor? Only asking because I've been playing alot of Myers lately and am often getting Lerys or Midwich lol I'm curious as to whether they've increased the odds of certain maps for certain killers in the lead up to map offering nerfs or if it's just a coincidence..

Definitely not a coincidence. This game is notorious for hidden buffs in my experience, there's too many "coincidences" for it to be luck. I have seen stealth killers getting indoor maps recently! I haven't been to hands on with killer lately due to anxiety of playing it.

Edit: Do you know why they removed Badham 2-5?

in patch 8.6.0 with the release of Kaneki, the devs removed all map variations from the regular game. They removed them due to community feedback about how they weren’t liked and made learning the maps harder for a lot of people. They’re still available in custom matches but not the regular 1v4 game.
