SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: So I was running a chest build, and realized ace in the hole give you a refined serum or broken bulbs.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Have ace in the hole and open a chest

    Yep just got one myself, running Pharmacy and Ace in the Hole. I crashed after healing myself. Unsure if related or not.

    It may be related to the recent changes to rarities.

    The event rarity was removed recently, and possibly, the code that restricted you from getting those items wasn't adjusted alongside it.

    On top of that, this patch made the items Common again (they were iri after the rarity thing), so that might explain why people are suddenly getting them.
