SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

I was unable to access the basement for the whole duration of a trial despite multiple attempts to access it within the trial. The staircase seemed of had an invisible wall.

PLATFORM: PC, Steam, 9.0.0

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

N/A, haven't tested this after first encountering it.

    Tested this in a custom game, same result.

    I am unable to enter the basement.

    Same thing here! Just had a public match against an Unknown on Sheltered Woods, the basement was completely blocked off for both the killer and survivors.
