Dead hard perk icon incorrectly lights up

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The perk dead hard lights up when it’s not supposed to. It lights up while healthy and while not moving. in the past, dead hard would light up when the user was injured, non exhausted, and actively running. Now, dead hard stays lit up indefinitely until used.

PLATFORM: Xbox Series X

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was watching older youtube videos and realized how dead hard lit up only when the user was injured and running. I then went into the live game (9.0.0) and seen that after being unhooked, dead hard lights up indefinitely until used instead of lighting up only when injured and running.

    How old were the YouTube videos? Dead Hard was always an Exhaustion Perk, but originally activated any time you were injured and running, and when you used it it gave you a forward dash and iframes (you could even dash over Trapper's Bear Traps without triggering them). It got two reworks, one with Patch 6.1.0 on July 19, 2022, which took away the iframes and replaced them with the 0.5 seconds of Endurance, but kept the forward dash "as long as you are injured and running." Then the second rework came with Patch 6.7.0 on April 18, 2023. The dash was removed, and a very, very big caveat was added to Dead Hard - you can only use it after you are unhooked or after unhooking yourself. So, a maximum of twice per trial (or five times, if you have three teammates with Shoulder the Burden who want to meme around it).

    I could be mistaken, but I believe the perk being lit up is like Deliverance being lit up - it means you have met the criteria to activate it (have been unhooked/unhooked yourself for Dead Hard, have safely unhooked a teammate for Deliverance), and it will therefor be available for you to use when its conditions are met (running and injured for Dead Hard, on your first Hook for Deliverance).

    This is just an educated guess from a Dead Hard junkie that started playing after its reworks. I know I appreciate a clear indicator of when it's available, because Pyramid Head's cages do not count as Hooks for the sake of Dead Hard (or Off the Record or Decisive Strike) and will not light up its icon. It's also a much clearer sign - for me, at least - that I cannot use it than the Exhausted icon, sometimes, like when I'm being affected by a debuff from a less common Killer perk like Septic Touch.
