SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Hatch spawned with 2 survivors alive and 2 gens needing to be done. Eg: Old Hatch spawns

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I have no idea

    As a survivor I had the hatch spawn when me and another survivor were alive. The other survivor was a hacker who actually left the game, but the HUD never changed, It could have been the same issue?
