Why so much matchmaking penalty?

I got 5 minutes pentalty for leaving some games for unfair of use of killer(s).
I only disconnect when i feel when a killer player doesnt even allow that one gen is done. in 4 of 5 last games only one gen popped. it's not fun to leave games but its very not fun to play when survivors in my games wont be allowed to do a simple gen done.

no killer ever will LET you do a single gen, thats the game, you have to STEAL that from them, you guys are not doing that by skill issue on yours side, so yeah, goodluck with the penalties, you deserved them

Are you seriously implying that Killers should let you do Gens or else you just quit? Get over yourself man.
