Missing cosmetics
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Not only am I missing a charm still…now I can’t access Ada’s cosmetics. I’m too afraid to check if it’s effecting any other survivors. The store says I own them still. The cosmetics I put in the tab are still showing. Charm tab is working, but her full body, head, torso, and feet aren't.
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: logged onto the game and went to her cosmetics in the survivor tab.

Press the tag looking thing next to the search bar. There only thing marked should be "owned".

I had “Owned” checked and “Rift Pass” checked too. I was under the impression that the filter reset after a while. Thank you everyone for helping☺️. I"m a returning player and never got use to the filter, I'm sorry.
