SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using the bulk bloodpoint spending feature, you get significantly more anniversary cakes than if you were to spend those bloodpoints manually.

    Can confirm this is happening. Also the average number of cakes showing in the bloodweb is lower than the last year. It should be guaranteed for every level of the bloodweb to have at least 1 cake in it with later bloodwebs to have a HIGH chance to have 2+ cakes.
