Horrible Anniversary Cake Spawn Rate P100 Survivors
I'm really hoping this is a bug. If it's not a bug, I took 2 weeks off work for nothing. We all already know this is just a rehash of the same anniversary event from last year and the couple years before then. There is nothing new to see here. The big draw for the anniversary is what few cosmetics you earn and the items and cakes. Especially the cakes. If I spend 1 million BP and get two anniverrsary cakes, I'll simply not bother to play and probably just go back to work early.
This is a SERIOUS disappointment if it can be fixed very soon!

I found the same thing when levelling up normally however using the bulk bp spend instead seemed to wayy more.

yep. p100 survivor bloodwebs only give 1 event flashlight and 1 mystery box which could have either the offering, the flashlight, medkit, or toolbox in it. it’s horrible. I’ve spent around 2.5m bp on my nea and only have about 15 of the cakes.

- If you go up manually you will have more cakes. I did the test and using the old bloodweb function I got 17 cakes (still less than the other events)

Try spending manually and see if it makes a difference. Something is not right underneath the hood of the bulk spending feature. I suspect it has to do with it's procedural generation algorithm that allows it to automatically generate and select items from each Bloodweb, but I do not know enough to say much more than that.

I'm getting a lot less cakes compared to last anniversary on low prestige/new characters also. For 2 prestige I got just over 120 cakes on a killer. Now for the same I got just under 80. Both manually and prioritizing cakes.

I spend 2 million bloodpoints on Ada and got 17 cakes… this has to be a joke right? I spent 3 million on Sable who isn't P100 and she got almost 100.

that’s what’s got me the most worried. They haven’t responded or acknowledged a single post or bugfix post about this issue yet which makes me think they don’t find it an urgent problem.I hope i’m wrong and they are actively looking into it right now with all the backlash and feedback that has been given so far.

The spawn rate is just bad in general for me. Like this is the only reason people even play the event.

I did bulk BP spending on Springtrap for 3 prestige levels... It seems like results drastically vary.

Looks like another year where spending bp on p100s is a horrible idea. How many anniversaries is it going to take until the devs even acknowledge this I wonder.

It's not even just p100's. I just put 300k into pyramid head and got only 9, but put 100k into springtrap and got 23? It's completely messed up right now. Hell I'm looking at my pyramid head and it's a whole bloodweb with not a single event cake on it, where there should be minimum guaranteed 2.

For the cakes and co-op fun with friends. My "fun time" is limited due to a heavy work schedule. I accept the event is a rehash. That isn't a surprise. But the cake spawn is a serious rain cloud on the party.

Is your springtrap p100? Problem seems to be with P100 characters.

People are saying even non-p100 characters are getting random amounts, like Rapid's comment here.

I did some testing. I put 2 prestiges into Ace and Jake using the regular method and got 35 and 38 cakes respectively. I then put 2 prestiges into Leon using the bulk spending option and got 68 cakes. It seems that, if you're not P100, using the bulk option might give you more cakes.

I think the P100 survivors are facing the same issue we had during last year’s Halloween event where instead of getting useful items like toolboxes, medkits, or flashlights, we mostly got a few add-ons for every prestige level.

It still has a crappy, low drop rate no matter what. My P14 Lara Croft is now getting close to P20 after spending 5 million BPs on her, I got 80 cakes.

They probably haven't acknowldged it because it's probably intentional.
In their mind, people hoarding event offerings means they get bloodpoints in greater numbers which means they play less. Eveyr anniversary it has gotten worse and worse, so it seems as if it is an intentional effort to ensure that everyone earns less BP so they have to play more to grind it out.
Despite the fact that all of us love to play wiht giant bloodpoint incentives and being able to hoard up cakes makes us happy throughout the year since we're comepnsated for our matches better.
10 second chases with 2 minute matches and 10k bloodpoints a person seems to be their desired direction for some reason.

and, oddly enough, every single P100 web seems to spawn a flashlight + 1 mystery box, meaning you've got a 25% chance to get a cake per web

despite the game CLEARLY begging survivors every single moment of every single day to play survivor by offering incentives sometimes reaching 250% they still find ways to insult us.
they literally give us like 1/4 the cakes as killers. it's laughable.

Wasted 2 to 3 million on my p100 main for scraps, got loads on cakes on other characters for very little. It's very frustrating for people with P100 mains, this is the time I'm wanting to save for the year. I doubt it's a bug, might be to do with the default spawn rate of Level 50. If they are dead set on disadvantaging P100 characters, one idea is to buy the game on another platform and merge afterwards.

It's not just P100 Survivors that are missing out. My Legion (my only P100) is only getting one cake per bloodweb. One!
I'm sorry, but the anniversary is meant to be a time when we can all come together to burn cake offerings and rake in the BP. Why be so stingy with them?

I spent roughly 13 million blood points evenly among survivor and killer and got 91 cakes on survivor and 136 on killer.
That roughly translates to spending 71k BP per cake on survivor and I think around 47k BP on killer.
It's high variance for sure and I don't know where I fall on that scale I'm just providing numbers.

This is pretty bad indeed.
Everyone is affected by this, but for p100s this is WAY worse. I believe we never had that much p100s before for this to be considerably noticed.1 -
I haven't played since Halloween so had 3.5 million BP just sitting there from what was there when I stopped + log in rewards. I spent 500k on a killer that was end of p4 and into p5, I got 25 event offerings on him. I spent the remaining 3 million on 5 different survivors (varied from p10 - p25) and only got 10 offerings on each character, so that's 50 offerings total on survivor for 3 million BP. The low amount of event offerings in survivors bloodwebs just makes them more hesitant to play the event offering because they don't know if it'll be worth it - maybe they'll have a good match with alot of BP but more likely they could be tunneled out without earning enough BP to get through a single bloodweb to unlock another offering.
It'd be nice if for event offerings they did a BP trade in separate from the bloodweb. That way people could load up and play the offerings without worrying they'll be wasted if they get eliminated from a match quickly. Devs can put a cap on how many event offerings a character can hold at one time if they're worried players will have too many on one character.

I think devs saw those people with 100s of cakes and just nerfed future event spawn rates to prevent that from happening again

I already prestiged 20 lvls on my low lvl chars - I am averaging 24 cakes per prestige. That's kinda bad.
5 prestiges I was spending BP manually, I averaged 54% less cakes in comparison to bulk bloodpoint spending system.
Getting 9-12 cakes on average after spending 1 million BP on p100. The rate is just terrible compared to last years :(

I am leveling Sable up now and from P20 to P23 with the auto spend, I got 90 cakes. Not great but whatever. Manually you can control it better, but after p40-41, it just the same as my two P100. I get one item (usually flashlight for some reason) and one mystery box. It's an absolute joke and makes you not want to play at all…. Like, I am getting cakes, so I can play my main throughout the year, not to have 1 ######### offering in 10 bloodwebs.

Hey there folks! Just popping in here to confirm that we just pushed a fix to improve how Coconut Scream Pies appear in Level 50 Bloodwebs (specifically relevant for your P100s!). You'll be guaranteed an Event Offering in the Level 50 web, alongside other Event items.

Just checked a few levels, am I right in thinking it is still only one cake max per bloodweb for a P100? I assume there is some reason to want to be stingy with bp offerings, but speaking only for myself one cake per web is not enough to use my main during this event, I was wanting to save enough for the year too as with previous anniversaries.

It's still really bad…
We used to be able to get multiple cakes per web, especially on killer we could get up to 4 IIRC, now it's only 1 per web and lvl 50 webs are kinda expensive :/

It’s not just p100s, I’ve leveled up my Claudette about 10 or more prestige levels and she only has 150 cakes. Last year I leveled her up probably 3-5 levels and she had 150 cakes. I was able to get over 500 cakes between multiple survivors without prestiging much at all. This is horrible and I feel like I got ripped off majorly this year.
