Game feels so bad atm with really bad hit accuracy
I play on great ping with 600mb wired connection, and I’m constantly being hit over windows, for example being downed in the middle of killer shack after fast vaulting the window, why does it feels so bad like this on EU servers atm?

Because a big portion of the players in EU are Russians and some Asians/Africans on VPN. It's always very noticable how they keep getting away with a lot of bs on both sides. >80ms is kinda the sweetspot for shannigans, and that is exactly what most of them have. I hate it too.

We really using VPNs as the main excuse huh. At the end of the day eventually the matchmaker will put you with whoever it can to avoid long queues, so if that means you get put with someone at 180+ ping; it will happen at some point. Not to mention on the survivor side; if one person plays with another in a different region to them, someone is going to end up with high ping.

yes!! Why is it always 80 ping plus… it’s awful, and quite frankly makes me hate this game.

That's just the nature of online games. You can both have 80ms ping but that's 80ms from you to the server and 80ms from the server to the other player. So your postion to them is 160ms in the past and vice versa.

I mean this would be the case. But the servers are killer sided… so majority of the time favours the killer. And they know this.

It's said that its killer sided because it only occurs during animation locks. Nobody thinks of Huntess's axe causing a blood splat and hit sound for nothing to happen to the survivor. Or a hit at a pallet drop where the survivor screams but goes undamaged.
But sure only favours the killer because they get a hit through a window.

Unless they've changed it, hit detection almost always favors Killer which means if the Killer has bad ping then you're boned.

I play many online games, and this game seems to be the worst in regards to accuracy, it makes it frustrating to play, as I actually love this game.. but it just wants me to hate it.
