Plot Twist/Springtrap grab bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: By using Plot Twist at the same time Springtrap triggers his grab animation with the fire axe, the survivor will get stuck in Springtrap's arms until they bleed out. The surivors wiggle skill checks won't show up. Springtrap won't be able to hook the survivor, drop the survivor, or do any actions like go into security doors, vault, break pallets, etc.

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Was hit with Springtrap's axe and as they were catching up I tried to be funny and plot twist right in front of them. Well the same time I used plot twist Springtrap triggered the grab animation which is what I believe caused the bug. The wiggle skill checks never showed up for me and Springtrap was seemingly unable to do anything besides walk and do basic attacks. Sorry the video isn't longer PS wouldn't let me upload a longer one for some reason.

    Wanted to add that while you can't see my health bar because I'm being carried I did eventually bleed out in Springtrap's arms and when I died my body was left floating there in one spot like I was still being carried. I wish I had a picture of it because it was funny seeing Jonah floating like he was being called to heaven but I accidentally replaced the old video with the cut down version when I was shortening it to upload to my phone.
