Why are there a total of 82 renewable Offerings in the game at this time?
I've done the calculations, there are;
—29 role-specific Blood point Offerings
—1 Non-role-specific Blood Point Offering
--6 Luck Offerings
—20 Chest, Shroud, Fog, Hook, and Basement/Hatch Offerings
—2 Mori Offerings
—3 Ward Offerings
—21 Map Offerings
All of these different offerings combined equates to a MASSIVE total of 82 Offerings.
Just the role-specific category offerings hover at a grand total of 24 total Offerings. That's for Altruism, Objective, Survival, Boldness, Brutality, Sacrifice, Deviousness, and Hunter categories. I feel as if these category offerings, along with the Hollow Shell and Sealed Envelope, are massively outdated for the age of this game.
If it were possible to remove these offerings, and perhaps change the Bound Envelope offering to be available to both roles at an Uncommon Rarity rather than the current Rare Rarity and allowing for it to stack for both sides, it would make the new-player grind feel a lot better, and help clear up some inventories for veteran players alike.
My suggestion then would be to make it so that Bound Envelopes are turned into Blood-Soaked Envelopes, showing the union between both the Killer and Survivor Roles, and how intrinsically entwined they are. I would also buff the bonus percent of Bloodpoints to be gained from 25% to 50%, allowing for there to be an up-to 250% bonus Bloodpoint gain if all five players put this Offering into the game. As well as lowering the Rarity from Rare to Uncommon to compensate the removal of these role-specific offerings.
Removing the category-specific Offerings, as well as Hollow Shell and Sealed Envelope, would reduce the amount of offerings from the original total of 82 offerings to just 56 offerings between both roles. This would, in turn, de-bloat the offering pool considerably, allowing for other Offerings at other Rarities to shine through, and potentially allow for even more Map Offerings to eventually come into the game.
I will be linking my Twitter post with my mockup of what I think the patch could be. Thank you for reading and let me know your thoughts!

Agreed. The fact that there are so many offerings causes bloodweb clutter to an extreme degree when it need not be there.

In all my time playing I don't even think I've used a wreath or flower once because they are just so useless compared to any other bloodpoint offering. I do hope that BHVR has changes planned for more of these offerings in the future.
