SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: killer slowed greatly until hooking, best guess bug of remote hook

PLATFORM: Xbox one s

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: hooked survivor, became slowed and gameplay very jittery from console side. Hooked again, regained move speed.

    I had the same problem as Houndmaster yesterday and it happened after a survivor got a flashlight save on me with Champion of Light. I was super slow and it was very jittery too. It did go away eventually and I think it was tied to hooking as well. Might be a Houndmaster thing.
