Blue pallet aura stuck indefinitely

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When you break a pallet with Vecna's "Vorpal Sword" add-on while it's highlighted by the remote break, an upright pallet aura stays in that spot for the rest of the trial, no matter how far you get. This bug likely applies to all power breaks since it's also been seen on Nemesis.

    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Same issue as above, but providing video evidence that this does in fact happen with Nemesis. When breaking a pallet with Nemesis' tentacle strike while it's highlighted by remote break, a blue, upright pallet aura stays in that spot for the rest of the trial.

    1. Video 1 - Lery's Memorial Institute
      Blue pallet aura occurs at 4:08, and you can still see the aura in the distance numerous times. There's an extended bit where I'm checking it out starting around 11:29, and it's still there at endgame.
    2. Video 2 - Father Campbell's Chapel
      Blue pallet aura occurs at 9:15, and you can still see the aura in the distance at 10:06.
