It's way too short. I feel like I'm facing Ghoul in the sense that he's immediately back on me especially with the other buffs he got.

Please put the cooldown to 30s with the other spells.

    No, I think he still suck balls even with the buffs, you can still drop a pallet again when he uses mage hand

    Nothing wrong with the speed of the spell recharge, he just needs to be slowed right after it finishes for like half a second longer. Id prefer fly to be an efficient mobility tool rather than an oppressive chase tool that guarantees a hit on out of position survivors. He has two other spells for anti loop already.

    Vecna can’t attack for a short time after using flight and also while cancelable he’s stuck in trajectory and it’s like driving a truck while in flight so you can either turn around if you’re close or take a sharp 90 degree right and continue running (If he’s far away catching up it won’t help too much), it also ends immediately after going over a window or pallet (Which has a niche but gimmicky benefit if you use the perk Dissolution).

    There's a 2.5 second window after flying in which he moves at half speed, same as Legion.

    That is nothing like Ghoul, who has no slowdown after using power and can attack 2 seconds later.

    Wiki claims 2.75, idk which is right but it's all around as long as Hillbilly stopping a chainsaw dash (+ I believe Vecna post-fly is nearly twice as slow as Billy post-saw, and ofc Billy has Overdrive on top of that) so I really don't see much argument that Fly is mechanically problematic in comparison to Hillbilly.
