It's pretty clear that the devs do not want to decrease the post-Fly cooldown, the 0.1 second reduction from this add-on just isn't worth an add-on slot.

However, I think the add-on could be pretty easily reworked! Why not something like this, instead of decreasing the post-Fly cooldown, it would increase Fly movement speed!

Potion of Speed

  • Increases movement-speed of the Fly spell by 15%.

Super simple, would result in a 9.2 m/s movement speed, I think it would be a pretty decent pick for an add-on! (and it fits the add-ons name hehe)
