What if hatch was always visible ?
If the hatch spawns differently for each survivor, they could not communicate to others where the hatch is. This way the hatch could be discovered during the match which i think would be a positive thing for the gameplay. Adds another layer of skill.
This would work, because the hatch only spawns for the last survivor.

Out of curiosity how would this add another layer of "Skill" by already knowing where the hatch is?

because you are not relying on randomness but instead get rewarded for looking at potential spawns and remembering them.

The spawns are still the same no matter what. Your version you dont have to look for them. They are just given to you. Shown. Then you run to hatch. If I understood correctly. Versus finding them yourselves BECAUSE you have taken the time to remember certain spawn locations.

The hatch used to spawn closed back in the day at the start of the trial. Someone brings a key, everyone gets out without touching a generator. People would have no need to do generators anymore, jist 4 people bringing hatch offerings at shack and a key. No game to play.

That wasn't the case. You might have spotty memory. The hatch spawned at the start of the match, but it didn't show so long, as number of alive survivors were smaller or equal to number of completed generators (plus if you had last survivor, hatch always spawned/opened). Meaning if all survivors were alive, you needed to complete all 5 generators. If 1 died, you needed 4 gens, etc… Meaning you absolutely had to do generators (in old days of DBD, this could have been done super quickly with original BNPs where they actually completed generator right on the spot) to spawn the hatch.
But sure, it was waaay easier, because if someone brought key and the game wasn't going great for survivors, then they didn't need to complete the gens on shrinking depleted map, but instead they just escaped.
So sure it was very broken. But it was nowhere near as broken as you made it to be.
To the topic: I don't find that very healthy. All that it would do is, that killers will be kind of forced to slug for 4k, because sacrificing 3rd one without having 4th on the ground would basically almost guarantee escape (so the only killers that would not slug would be those, that want to let 4th escape).

I just recall getting the 4 man out through hatch achievement with a key. And i wasnt saying it was that bad, i was saying the idea of the hatch being visible since the start of the match would be that bad with todays perks/offerings/items

but why do u guys prefer having keys useless and the hatch only randomly giving u an escape ?
isnt skill-based better ?
cuz if prefer random - u can also just have the game decide if u win the game by flipping a coin but u wouldnt want that , would u ?0 -
I think that was possible way back in the day, but the survivors did have to complete all the gens but one… which, admittedly also wasn't too hard seeing as brand new parts would instantly repair a generator.

that was a thing in the past it had to do with how many gens were completed and people just used keys to escape with a whole team
it was busted back then and would still be busted

Definetly not, but I would like to see hatch simply spawn when all gens are finished. Not so game breaking…
Hatch has no skill involved and I never want to see it again during middle of the match. I still remember dealing with old key and that was not fun.1 -
Having it random is still more skillful (how you cover the area, did you hear it faintly? Can you triangulate) then having it shown to you (visible spawn and remembering the position is not really "skillful").
So even though current form of hatch doesn't feel ideal, I really feel like your suggestion downgrades the experience even more and incentivize boring slugging very strongly.
