What makes you think of buying the new characters

I was wondering what people think because I was playing yesterday with the new survivors and I saw the new 6 perks are not as good and I was on the fence about buying them, so I'm curious what the thought process of other players, is it the look of the characters or is it how strong is the perks or something different.

    Some people including myself are pretty dedicated to the game and will buy all DLC just to have access to everything.

    I have always tried to support the game so bought everything (on multiple platforms before cross progression)

    ThThe only DLC Chapter I havent bought & would for certain never buy is Springtrap (personal choice we don't all have to love fnaf)

    While it's possible they'll be some other chapter in future I nope out on seems pretty unlikely, though with all the recent changes to the game, the bugs, the issues & the fact xbox has been almost unplayable for 3 days I'm less inclined to support the game nearly as much in future, while i'll get the chapters & I do love walking dead, rift passes & cosmetics I'm much less likely to buy unless its something for Meg I absolutely fall in love with!

    If it's from an IP that I care about, the perks are good/look fun, or something about the character speaks to me.

    Well, I usually only buy new characters if I really want their perks or if I intend to play them.

    Otherwise I don't mind waiting for the shrine to help me out.

    A lot of people just want the perks ASAP, a good number just want to collect all the DLC (I'm not either of those people, I don't typically buy licensed survivor only chapters, I'm content to wait for the shrine), and some just really like the IP or the character(s).

    There's been a couple of exceptions, but my primary reason is perks. Fun new perks break up the monotony.

    I tend to buy all the new stuff just for the sake of having it, but in this instance I'm a fan of the license and I think these perks don't look nearly as bad as everyone else does.

    Rick's party pallet perk is pretty bad, but otherwise there's stuff you can do with all of these. I am hoping a few get buffed before live, though.
